Registration Discounts
Early Bird Pricing for IB workshop registrations
Register within the first three months that registration is open (six months prior to the event) and save $50 per person off the regular IB workshop rate.
- February IB workshops: Register by July 31 to receive the $900 Early Bird Rate (after that, the regular $950 rate applies)
- June IB Workshops: Register by December 31 for the $900 Early Bird Rate
- July IB Workshops: Register by January 31 for the $900 Early Bird Rate
- October IB Workshops: Register by April 30 for the $900 Early Bird Rate
Group Discount for IB workshop registrations
CASIE offers a group discount of $100 off per person when five or more participants from the same school register for the same event dates at the same time.
- Virtual discounted group rate: $850 per person (regularly $950)
- In-person discounted group rate: $1,195 per person (regularly $1,295)
- All registrants must be from the same school, not the same district
How to Receive the Discount
- All group members must be registered at the same time.
- The discount will apply automatically during online registration.
- Alternatively, you may email a completed registration spreadsheet to registration@casieonline.org.
Payment & Substitutions
- Full payment or an official purchase order must be received at accounts.receivable@casieonline.org before the event start date to qualify for the
group discount. - Participant substitutions within the same event date are possible. Click here for the substitution form.
- If your group attendee number falls below five participants, our regular registration rate will apply to all registrants.
Additional Policies
- No-show participants will not be refunded. Please confirm your staff availability and ensure they attend the entirety of the workshop.
- The group discount cannot be combined with other CASIE discounts.
- Discounts apply only to new registrations and cannot be transferred to existing or pending registrations, credits, or transfers.
