Registration Policy

  • CASIE handles registrations exclusively through our online registration system. PLEASE NOTE that your completion of registration in this system is considered a commitment to full conference payment and that abandoning your record at any point in the registration process will incur a $100 processing fee.

 

  • Once a registration has been completed, the registrant will receive an emailed registration confirmation, including a link to download a copy of your invoice.

 

  • All travel arrangements and expenses for face-to-face workshops, such as lodging and transportation, are the participant's sole responsibility.

  • Should the conference offer a ‘Pre Conference Day’ option, please be advised that this is a separate charge with very limited space available on a first-come basis.

 

Attendance

  • CASIE will send one complimentary electronic Certificate of Attendance via email to each participant at the close of each conference. If you have not received your certificate within 2 weeks of the conference's end, please email registration@casieonline.org to inquire regarding your certificate. Certificates may be reissued free of charge for up to 12 months from the end date of the workshop. Any request made after this 12 month period will be subject to a $20 research and processing fee.

Registration Processes

  • Once the conference agenda is finalized, the full conference schedule will be made available to all current and incoming registrations.

 

  • If the conference schedule is not yet available when making your initial registration, you will be notified via email to make your course choice.

  • If an agenda selection is not made at least two weeks prior to the start of the conference, an assignment will be made for the participant.

Substitutions & Course Changes

  • Registrations are fully transferable. To transfer a registration, please email registration@casieonline.org with the following information about the new participant: name, email address, and new workshop, if applicable.

    • Note that workshops are subject to availability.

  • Pre-conference attendee substitutions may be requested in writing up to two weeks prior to the conference start date.

  • Agenda substitutions may be requested in writing up to two weeks prior to the conference start date and are subject to availability and the discretion of CASIE.

Payment Policy

  • An invoice is automatically generated and sent UPON COMPLETION OF registration and can be found attached to your registration confirmation email.

 

  • Invoice payment is due within 30 days of registration. If registration is COMPLETED less than 30 days before the workshop, full payment is due immediately. Failure to submit timely payment may result in the forfeiture of your seat at the workshop. Registrations are not considered COMPLETED finalized until CASIE has received full payment.

  • Bank Transfers

  • Purchase Orders

    • We do not consider purchase orders a form of payment.

    • If you like, a P.O. may be sent to CASIE and can be appended to your invoice for processing.

 

Cancellations

  • All cancellations received 60 days before the workshop start date are subject to a $100 processing fee.

  • All approved cancellation requests within this deadline will be issued refunds within 6-8 weeks after the workshop.

 

  • Any cancellations received following this deadline are responsible for 100% of the workshop cost.

 

  • No-shows will not be refunded for any reason. No exceptions.

 

  • Any refund requests, based on special circumstances, following the cancellation deadline must be submitted in writing and include any supporting documentation, i.e. physician's letter. Their approval is subject solely to the discretion of CASIE.

  • Should inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances require the cancellation of a class or the conference itself, CASIE will make every effort to reschedule the same event for another date and your registration will be moved. In this event, CASIE does not assume financial responsibility for travel expenses incurred by participants.
